Leasing Policies

Qualified applicants must:

1. Be 18 years of age or older
2. Have monthly income of 3 times the monthly rent
3. Have credit in good standing
4. Have rental history (if applicable) in good standing
5. At least 6 months of continuous employment history and/or proof of financial assistance (student loans, financial aid, I-20, etc.).

* Applicants (students) who lack rental history and/or credit history will require a Guarantor. Guarantor must have excellent credit (1oo% positive) (Guarantors will not be accepted for applicants with negative credit.)
